Everything hurts this morning. This new job that pays the bills is either going to allow me to enter into an iron man contest or give me the muscles needed for sculpture or pottery without a wheel.
I'm tired and it's been a few days since I had enough energy to do any art.
So this morning feeling the need to create I decided it was a good idea to do a light sketch on a watercolor under painting that I just haven't started playing with yet.
Well, that lasted just a few minuets as my fingers are…

I try to meditate.......
But I can’t! Ten years ago it was easy and comfortable.
I’ve seen too much failure, pain, suffering and death
I try to relax but my muscles keep firing,
I try to rediscover my safe place, it’s gone!
I focus on light but I see only darkness
I give up frustrated and sad
Twenty-five years of watching my children suffer and one die,
Watching my wife progress with Parkinson’s
Pulling the plug on my father
Watching my mother in constant pain
Being in constant pain from a ser…

Kara Cardinale is putting together an 'Artists Diary' for b-uncut. Given that my ancestors invented the commercial diary in the 1700's I could not be more excited about this initiative. The Artist Diary should help promote art and b-uncut artists across the world. If you are int…

The Katyn Forests
The word, 'holocaust' comes from the ancient Greek word for, 'sacrifice by fire'. In the 19th century it was used to refer to mass slaughter, “especially by fire“. In 1938 Hitler predicts that if there is a war in Europe, the Jews will be exterminated. Poland at the time was known to harbour more than 3,000,000 Jews. Hitler swiftly draws up a plan to invade Poland. but fearing, “on the advise of his generals” Russia would see this as an act of aggression against the Soviet cla…

To all opponents of the WAF!
The one thing I would like to ask the critics of WAF – Who are the judges? Who are these people who so brutally and forcefully defy WAF and personally Mr. Marengo? Who is Christian De Boek? What is so remarkable about this man, with what did he glorify himself and thereby acquired the right to judge? If he is an art critic, his expression and the texts are extremely unprofessional, and often obscene. A real critic has never made a personal remarks and never resort…

This poem is around a girl called, "Jade Goody" that died this morning after a short battle with cancer. She became a sort of celebrity on a realistic TV show here in the UK called,“Big Brother” This catapulted her into becoming a very controversial celebrity due to her working class roots and rather brash and outspoken personality. The same people that built her up, destroyed her . This poem was written this morning and is simply called ………………………
