Everything hurts this morning. This new job that pays the bills is either going to allow me to enter into an iron man contest or give me the muscles needed for sculpture or pottery without a wheel.
I'm tired and it's been a few days since I had enough energy to do any art.
So this morning feeling the need to create I decided it was a good idea to do a light sketch on a watercolor under painting that I just haven't started playing with yet.
Well, that lasted just a few minuets as my fingers are…

I try to meditate.......

ive also started a new painting, oils, abstract inspired by indian spices, am negotiating with a contemporary indian restaurant, beautiful successful airy spaces one in todmorden and one in bolton, fingers crossed could be an exciting new start for exhibiting..... wish me luck

I have just uploaded a score written by the Plymouth based composer Paul Lloyd. This score was commissioned by Jojo, for his play
The Man in the Red Scarf. The selection I have chosen is the love sequence and accompanies the CCB's drawings I made while painter in residence on the production.
