I was so nervous my legs felt like jello.

But honestly my mind was somewhere else in the tropics.

You showed me how my mission statement was crappy.

So I told you I would make a new one snappy!

I have tried but words are not flowing

In my head a war rages on.

One side fights to belong

the other fights just to hold on.

who will win this war in my brain?

will I give in to the sadness and wish for rain,

or embrace the sunshine and smile again?

theres a fury so loud that everyone can hear without a word spoken.

can't they look at me and see that I'm broken?

 

 

Be the sun on my shoulder or the soft wind blowing through the trees.

walk beside me

take my hand into the unknown

Eyes connect and fires ignite, Fingers reaching to hold on tight. lips touching soft skin beneath them. Sensations felt deep within. kisses that follow the happy trail down. a tongue that knows its way around.
