"Well, i painted that Africa-landscape with animals half from imagination and half from photo. The antilopes were painted from photo, the landscape and giraff from imagination!"

About Me:
I am an outsider-artist. I'm making art since i was a little child. My father is an object-artist.
I am self-taught , autodidact.
When i was 12 we left Hungary, travveled a lot with my parents, growing up in West-Germany.
About My Art:
My art is very personal. I like to paint colorful but with lot of black too. I paint personal stories, dreams, self-portraits, animals and pets or i get inspirated by music and video-clips.
I also make mail-art, stickers, gardenart, decorations, i like to decorate my own clothes-myself - walls- my flat - etc!
Studied? Exhibitions?
Self-taught.. Had lots of exhibitions in Hungary and in other Europian countries.
Favorite Music:
Einstürzende Neubauten and much more -alternative, punk, underground, goth ,indies.
Favorite Films:
Copkiller -with John Lydon.,- Sid & Nancy,- Sky over Berlin- Far away yet so close- Down by law- and much more.
Favorite Artists:
OUTSIDER ART,El Kazovszkij,"Junge Wilde Maler"of Germany, Gulácsy, Csontváry, Frida Kahlo, Niki de Saint-Phalle, Lacko Szilagyi, Zees and Ildiko, Schener, Francis Bacon, etc.

My new painting

This is my new painting:"MANDRILL".

It is 32 X 23 cm /without the frame/ and it's a paper work with acrylics.

I framed it, sorry the pic is not vry good becaus of the glass....…

Workin' on a lion painting

 I am painting 2 lions. It will be a present for my daddy and his wife, Ildiko for X-mas.

I already painted him a lion pic once, there was a lion with him /my daddy/ on the pic behind.

Well we creatives will create a different world! A world in which being "different" is considered valuable. The authorities in places like Budapest are afraid of people who are unique because they are not easy to control

Hi - saw your blogs and am wondering how you get your water now...
Also, to make you feel a little better...all around the world the subcultures are suffering...like in NYC the underground artist communities, punk culture on lower east side were pushed out by rising costs at same time as in Hungary so the city could make it high rent to attract wealthier people. This happened in Brooklyn and Manhattan. It's mostly to make more money for the real estate business, but also people were complaining about the crime triggered by all the drug users gathering in certain low-income areas...
PS I now think your self-portraits are amongst your best works
