About Me:
Live and work, as an artist and art teacher in Stockholm,Sweden.
Have done a number of artistic comission works for hospitals and schools,in the Stockholm area.
Teaching, at the Swedish school of art.
About My Art:
Work in different medias,as painting, sculpture and collage.
As an artist it is a great thing, to find a tool or a technique, that suits the sort of creativity, that one has.
Personally I do enjoy ,to work with collages.
The reason is, that I like to mix and play around with colors and shapes.
As, I am very interested in composition, the collage technique, gives me the chance to move around the colors and shapes in the images, until new pictures appears.
For the past few years, I have worked with my creations in the computer. This has given me the chance to 'build in' my paintings and 3d works,as colors and shapes into new images.
When I work with this technique ,I can sit for hours, and play with the colors and shapes. It is great fun.
In autumn of 2008,I started to show my collage works on an international art network.
One of my digital collages, resulted in a real comission. The image 'Thin Ice', did become a big print, for the new Google center in Stockholm,Sweden.
It became a theme for a permanent installation for the reception room.In that work,I did also work with a big branch ,that partly became covered in different
prints of my collages .So the installation became another collage, but in a bigger size, and 3-dimensional.This work where installed in october 2009,and can be
seen in my bun-cut portfolio.

Crowdsourcing Art | Neon Burns

Crowdsourcing art is just what we do. This week we have the wonderful Debra D’Breau to showcase. Her digitally enhanced art is beguilingly brash & bold. Her confidence in lustrous form erupts in a high-octane contrast. Each image whips viewers in the gut and her powerful pictures leave a long-lasting sensory hit. She is a [...]

Don’t Play With Boy Soldiers

The likes of D*Face and INSA are collaborating with over 30 street and contemporary artists who have each customised Schoony’s iconic “Boy Soldier”. That’s right, a whole army of commando kids will be ambushing exhibitions next week in both East and West London. . The ALL-STAR line-up is serious! There’s drum n bass dj Goldie, [...]
