- I am an artist living and working in London, UK
- About My Art:
- As an artist whose work focuses on the relationship between art and language, I am interested in re-creating and blurring the analogies and dissemblances between the sayable and the visible.
By focusing on the many complex relationships between language and visual imagery, it becomes possible to create an ambivalence in which the same procedures create and retract meaning enticing the mind to make the pictoriality of language it's object and ensure and undo the link between perception, action and identity.
Featuring found excuses, rationalizations, cross-categorizations, congratulatory notes, generalities, speculative propositions, functionalities, misinformed readings, humor and banality, I hope to create a mixture of the visible and the cerebral that envelopes the senses and teases the mind into realms of the imaginatively functional and theatrically deadpan
