I am the organiser of this exhibition thru friends in the local Chamber of Commerce in Nice. So I decide finally who and what goes in it.
The participation cost is being shared by all of us. It has been worked out to Rs 7900 per exhibit (US$ 180). I can as of now give you space for 5 exhibits but you need to reserve this space without delay as the response to participation is on invitation but also on first come basis.
All you have to do is to send me the images you want to put up. By email to s164gk1@yahoo.com
Best would be to send me a selection of images from which I will help select those which go well with the ethos of the exhibition.
I will put them up framed and ready to hang as per a common size of about (90 cms by 65). The name of the artist/caption and contact email will be mention on the frame itself.
There is also a reference booklet being made.
The inauguration is on Dec 4 and will close around 25th Feb next year.
You would be perfectly welcome to pay us a visit at the exhibition in Nice.
The participation money is to be sent to me.
Note: Paintings will be copied digitally on canvas and photographs will be printed on paper and framed.
Originals remain with the artists. Enquiries for sales of original/rights shall be forwarded to the artist.
20% of the proceeds come to me as commission.
