About Me:
I am Dutch born. & lived in France from 1985 to 2008. I am now working and living in Germany since October 2008.
Sculpting started at the age of 12.
I grew up in the Amsterdam scene. Danced, Sung & made part of amateur Theatre groups.
Organiser and founder of several Artist groups and movements in France.
Like to show my Art in unexpected placed to bring it to the largest public possible and presented my work in many solo, duo and group exhibitions.
I gave & give sculpting classes in France & Germany.
My works have entered in collections worldwide.
Actually represented by Fine-Art dealer von Negelein in Kiel Germany.
We can communicate in Français, English, Deutsch & Nederlands.
About My Art:
Stone & wood. Curves and lines. Multiple positions and 360°
Back to the roots of Art.
Pre-Columbian Art was influence, as well as the European CoBrA mouvement. Simple line drawings found their source in Asiatic symbolic.
Playing with the subconscious and the instinct.
Nature has been my first school of form and contrast and harmony.

Julia Sasse,
geboren 1981 in Kiel, in Luxemburg aufgewachsen, hat ihre Leidenschaft für Fotografie in jungen Jahren entdeckt. 2001 machte sie dann einen Foundation Kurs in Art&Design in Kent, England, studierte dort danach Photography&Media Arts und zog 2006 nach London um einige Jahre für verschiedene Fotografen zu assistieren. Unter anderem war sie Assistentin von Rankin und mehrere Jahre von Alastair Thain.

Die Jahresschau repräsentiert das aktuelle Schaffen Lübecker Künstlerinnen und Künstler. Eine strenge Jury entscheidet, welche Arbeiten gezeigt werden. Zumeist sind viele Positionen zeitgenössischer Kunst vertreten: von Malerei und Grafik über Skulpturen, Installationen, Objektkunst bis zur Fotografie.

I am not suggesting, however, that Hitler should have been accepted over the other artists. I am simply saying that, in my opinion, it would be fair if all those who applied to an art school got to attend - a waiting list could be the solution. That way, competitive rivalry would be minimized and people like Hitler would not be provoked to ideas of revenge. the reason they had rejected him form the school was because they felt his art was not as great as the others - his art was of a different type, but quite good - it's not fair that the school made these value judgements abotu this work, or about anyone's work, for that matter. The art school incident was early in life before he became the monster he was later in life

Hi Alex - regarding Hitler, yes I am aware of his program against avant-garde artists.
I was making the point that one reason he may have been so against them was because one of them, i.e., Egon Schiele, was chosen over him for the art school; i.e., I think jealousy played a very important role in his program against the avant-garde...
