Hello guys, I've only just taken up printmaking, and have had use of a press at college, but now want to buy my own. Maybe this isn't the place to ask, but does anyone know of a second-hand press for sale?

Thank you for your help.

While you're there, take a moment and look at some of the other images.  There are a few gems in the field.

Boy, sometimes arting winds up taking a back seat to unpleasant stresses....but, it never actually goes away, which is good.

So I've got three prints in a show juried by Lyle Williams,

(of the McNay Museum Curator of Prints & Drawings)

at the Centro Cultural Aztlan Gallery in San Antonio, Texas.

My White-Line wood print, Red Herring Party, won third prize!

I snapped quick pictures of the three framed up, before I packed them to bring to FedEx . I wanted to remember what they looked like should they wind up getting bought and going elsewhere. Photos are the best I could do in such short time.

I just posted in Exhibitions, info about my solo show which is running through January 2,2011. Land-line dial-up makes posting slow, but one by one I'll post the show, here, and on my blog.

Hi Marie. Thanks for the info. The web address should read www.kiwa.net not dot com - that takes you to some weird electronics firm home page. many thanks again

They're each 8.5" x 11". I'm planning to turn the series into a large exhibit - have some ideas but still working out the concept. But it will be based on Japanese paper and waves/curves/undulation...and will probably mix in some use of wood and/or steel and/or rock and/or sand... Obviously I haven't decided ;-)
